Admission Procedures

ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍø welcomes students who wish to pursue quality Philippine education in the UAE. As a pioneer in operating Philippine schools in the UAE for 21 years, ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍø has earned a positive reputation amongst the Filipino community, creating a high demand and waiting lists for numerous sections.

We encourage parents to discuss the admission process early on for students wanting to become a member of the ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍøian Family

The proposed school also admits new students on a first come-first serve basis. After admission, an assessment takes place for school heads and designated teachers to identify strengths and weakness of students in various subjects. The identification facilitates teachers in accommodating students better during the Academic Year and provides room for individualized learning.

Admission Requirements

Admission for Kindergarten 1 and 2:

  1. Photocopy of passport with valid residence visa (student and parent)
  2. Photocopy of birth certificate
  3. Photocopy of student’s vaccination record
  4. Three (3) recent passport size photo
  5. Original student’s Emirates national ID

Admission for Transferees from schools within the UAE:

  1. Photocopy of passport with valid residence visa (student and parent)
  2. Original report card
  3. Original transfer certificate issued by the last school attended
  4. Photocopy of birth certificate
  5. Original F-137 (if coming from Philippine school)
  6. Photocopy of student’s vaccination record
  7. Three (3) recent passport size photo
  8. Original student’s Emirates national ID

Admission for Transferees from schools from Philippines:

  1. Original authenticated transcript of record (F-137) from Department of Education (DepEd Regional), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and UAE Embassy in Manila
  2. Photocopy of passport with valid residence visa (student and parent)
  3. Original report card
  4. Photocopy of birth certificate
  5. Photocopy of student’s vaccination record
  6. Three (3) recent passport size photo
  7. Original student’s Emirates national ID

Admission for Transferees from schools from Abroad:

  1. Original authenticated mark sheet or transfer certificate by the Ministry of Education (from previous country) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE
  2. Photocopy of passport with valid residence visa (student and parent)
  3. Photocopy of birth certificate
  4. Photocopy of student’s vaccination record
  5. Three (3) recent passport size photo
  6. Original student’s Emirates national ID
